You Need To Go on ur Modem And Asign a Public IP Adress To ur PC or server u need to go to this link http://10.0.0.138/cgi/b/publicip/cfg/?be=0&l0=4&l1=0&tid=ASSIGN_PUBL_ADDR Then Restart ur PC UR Internet acess for u pc will go down ok But its ok u restart ur pc now and u will have a dynamic ip Adress Now.

download teamspeak 3 server on this link http://www.teamspeak.com/?page=downloads then start the download and start the teamspeak 3 server the it will come up with privillage key Copy the Key and Put the Key In the privillage key box when u first log on to ur server.
